Refund Policy
We want customers to feel confident that paying us means getting real value. So we offer a clear 7-day money-back guarantee on first payments, plus straightforward rules for renewals, top-ups, and service issues.

01.7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription or your first top-up purchase. If SiteBlox is not for you, email support@siteblox.ai within 7 days of the charge and we will refund the full amount — no questions asked.
The guarantee covers the very first charge for each plan or pack. Renewals and subsequent top-ups follow the rules in the sections below.
02.Subscription Renewals
Pro and Business subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel renewal at any time from your billing dashboard at /app/settings/billing.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep access (and any remaining plan-grant credits for that period) until then. We do not pro-rate paid time when you cancel mid-cycle.
If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend (e.g. you forgot to cancel), email support within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it as a one-time courtesy.
03.Credit Top-Ups
One-time credit top-ups (the $5 / $20 / $50 / $100 packs) are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if the credits are unused. Once you spend the credits on AI runs, the spent portion is non-refundable — those credits map directly to costs we have already paid Anthropic.
Unused credits never expire on their own. They sit in your balance until you use them or close the account.
04.Plan Passes (3-Month / Annual)
Multi-month plan passes are refundable in full within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days we offer a pro-rated refund based on the unused months remaining (rounded down to the nearest whole month), minus a 10% processing fee — which covers the Stripe fees we paid on the original charge.
Example: a 12-month Business pass cancelled at month 5 → refund equals 7 unused months × monthly equivalent − 10%.
05.Service Issues and Outages
If SiteBlox itself has a major outage that prevents you from using the service for more than 24 consecutive hours, contact support@siteblox.ai and we will credit your account with a fair amount of credits or extend your subscription accordingly. Please send the time window you experienced the outage.
Service-issue refunds do not cover problems caused by your own configuration (custom-domain DNS, Stripe webhook mis-setup, etc.) or by upstream services beyond our reasonable control (e.g. an Anthropic API outage that lasts under 24h).
06.How to Request a Refund
- Email support@siteblox.ai from the email associated with your account.
- Include the charge date and the order ID (find it in your Stripe receipt — subject line typically begins with “Receipt from SiteBlox”).
- Briefly tell us why you are asking for the refund.
We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 7 business days; your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to land the money back on your card or PromptPay account.
07.Refund Method
Refunds always go back to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card, a different bank account, or in store credit (other than service-issue credits, which are SiteBlox credits added to your balance).
08.Affiliate Commission Clawback
If a payment that earned an affiliate commission is later refunded, the corresponding commission is reversed from the affiliate's balance at the same time. This keeps the program honest — affiliates only earn on payments that stick.
09.Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under Thailand's Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law in your jurisdiction. If a particular legal protection conflicts with what is written here, the legal protection wins.
